Visa status : Husband visa/ Resident visa / Own visa/NOCJob Description:• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages.

• Handling quotations and invoices of customer.

• Maintain scheduling and appointment calendars.

• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

• You will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

• You will assist CEO and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

• You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Skills
Candidate should have 1-2 years experience in the same role. Freshers are also welcome.

• Banking, financial or management consultancy work experience will be a plus point.


• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Candidate should be on husband or sponsor visa.

• Can handle customer's inquires and invoice handling.
